Heatbox sells software licenses for third-party games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher or developer. Game names are used only to describe which game a product works with.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from Heatbox. By buying, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for making sure that buying and using our software is legal where you live. Do not buy if this kind of software is illegal in your country, for example in South Korea.

Using cheats breaks the terms of service of the games they are made for. Any use carries some risk that the game publisher bans or restricts your account. We work to keep that risk low, but we cannot guarantee that your account will not be banned.

Game publishers decide what happens to your game account. We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, lost items or any other action taken against your account.

Each purchase gives you a personal license for the period you bought. You may not share, resell, transfer or redistribute your key or the software, and you may not try to copy, modify or reverse engineer it.

Games change often. When a game update affects a product, we may take it off sale until it is safe to use again. Always check a product's status before you buy.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your order. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

After payment, the order page confirms your order. Your license key and setup instructions are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Make sure that address is correct, and check your spam folder if you can't find the email.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact support before asking for a refund; most problems can be fixed.

Our software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will work without interruption, work with every system or game version, or be free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of game accounts, items, progress or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
