When you buy, we collect the email address you enter at checkout, the product and license length you chose, and your order details, such as the order ID, amount and status.

Payment details such as card numbers are entered with Paddle and handled by Paddle. We do not receive or store them.

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We use this information to process your order, send your license key and setup instructions, answer support requests, handle refunds and disputes, and prevent fraud and license abuse.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Paddle processes payments as our merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy notice.

Cloudflare provides hosting and network services for this site, so requests to the site pass through Cloudflare.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide your license, give support, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

The storefront does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your browser remembers the last email you entered at checkout, in your browser's local storage, so you don't have to type it again. It stays on your device, and you can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.

Paddle's checkout and Cloudflare may use their own cookies or similar technology that they need to run their services securely.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us from the address you used at checkout.
